DISCLAIMER CLIENTS MUST BE 18+ IN ORDER TO REQUEST A COMMISSION FROM ME AND TO JOIN MY DISCORD SERVER. IF FOUND GUILTY OF BEING A MINOR REQUESTING COMMISSIONS FROM ME OR JOINING MY DISCORD SERVER, THE CLIENT WILL BE PLACED ON A BLACKLIST FROM ANY FUTURE COMMISSION REQUESTS FROM ME AND WILL BE BLOCKED AND BANNED FROM MY DISCORD SERVER.1. Payments are to be done BEFORE the commission is in progress. If you, the client, feels uncomfortable with full payment first, it could be reconsidered to be half payment beforehand, and once the commission is fully completed, the remaining funds will be due to be paid before receiving the finished/final product.2. If you, the client, have any custom canvas sizes in mind for the commission you wish to purchase, (if you're commissioning a banner, it is recommended you read this.) please do include the details within the description of your commission request.3. I have lots of responsibilities to attend to in real life too, so the average time I would take to finish a commission request could vary from 2 weeks - 3 months or more. If i have progress on your commission, I will inform you along with signatured screenshots of the progress I've made on your commission request. If you wish to contact me on any updates, please do not hesitate to contact me privately on Discord or in my Discord server which will be attached in this carrd along with other links to the rest of my socials. Your support would be immensely appreciated. Please do be patient with me, as it will be much greatly appreciated.4. My current payment method is PayPal for the time-being. Please do check here regularly for any payment method updates.5. ALL FINISHED ARTWORKS/PROGRESS SCREENSHOTS WILL INCLUDE MY SIGNATURE. Please DO NOT remove it.6. DO NOT FEED MY WORKS INTO ANY AI (Artificial Intelligence) SOFTWARE. Just because YOU PAY/PAID for my commissions does NOT mean I give consent to any of my works being used for AI benefits. If a client is found guilty of doing this, they will be charged with a DMCA and blacklisted from any further commission requests from me.7. PLEASE RESPECT MY BOUNDARIES. I have the right, as the artist, to decline a commission request whether it be too overdetailed, overcomplicated or makes me uncomfortable in general. Just because I decline ONE commission request, does NOT mean there isn't potential for me to accept another one that fits into my criteria that i would feel comfortable enough to do for you, unless you're on a blacklist.8. DO NOT RESELL MY ART FOR MORE THAN IT'S WORTH. (This mostly regards people interested in buying adoptables/designs from me.) Either sell the designs for what they're worth altogether or sell the design/s at their original price. (i.e, the adopt is $40, resell it at $40., i.e, the art of the adopt accumulates to $120, resell the adopt with the additional artworks at the artist's respectable prices if they were NOT made by me.9. REFUNDS ARE NOT APPLICABLE AFTER THE FULL PAYMENT HAS BEEN DONE AND THE FINISHED PRODUCT HAS BEEN DELIVERED TO THE CLIENT. For clients who are more comfortable with half payment BEFORE and remaining amount to be paid BEFORE the complete artwork is to be delivered, refunds are only applicable IF the commission HAS BEEN STARTED, NEARLY HALFWAY FINISHED, thus only 5% of the refund will be sent back to the client. If the commission has been STARTED AND NOT NEARLY HALFWAY DONE WITH IT'S PROGRESS, 15% of the half paid amount will be refunded along with a screenshot of the progress that has been made to the commission request. If the commission has NOT BEEN STARTED WHATSOEVER, a full refund of the money paid will be issued back to the client. The same applies to clients that paid in full beforehand.10. If the deadline passes and the commission still isn't completed as yet and the client has been patient enough to wait for their request to be completed, they will most likely receive a free bust sketch of ONE OC of their liking from me to make-up for the late deadline, as long as it falls under the category of what I WILL DRAW.11. DO NOT USE MY ARTWORKS THAT YOU COMMISSION FROM ME FOR COMMERCIAL USE UNLESS YOU'VE GAINED CONSENT FROM ME FIRST. If the client has gained consent, they are responsible to add MY CREDITS to the works they use for commercial purposes to help support me as well as a content creator.12. UNLESS GIVEN PERMISSION, PLEASE DO NOT USE ANY COMMISSIONED ARTWORKS AS YOUR ICON/S UNLESS IT'S YOUR RESPECTIVE COMMISSION THAT YOU'VE ORDERED FROM ME. Other clients that might've commissioned me prior might feel uncomfortable seeing other clients of mine or random people using the works they spent money on to be used as profile photos by other people. Please be mindful, considerate and respectful.13. PAYMENTS ARE TO BE DONE VIA INVOICING, NON-NEGOTIABLE. This ensures my protection against any fraudulent/scandalous activity and allows me to preserve legal rights.14. It is recommended that full references of the characters are provided for the commission request. (This does not apply for custom design commissions although a fully, in-detailed description of the custom design along with references [Moodboards preferably from Pinterest] are provided for the design to be created, although this will cost more depending on the complexity of the design request.) Please also provide anatomy and expression references beforehand so i can get to work as soon as I can.15. I always share finished commissioned works on my social media platforms that i use, but i will refrain from posting them when told to by the client with their respective commission.16. A little clarification as to what I WILL and WILL NOT draw:- I WILL draw humans/people, but I'm LIMITED to some extent as I've just recently started learning to draw them. The MOST IDEAL commission request in this category would be to request FEMALE characters as i can draw them more expressively and freely, although this does NOT mean I won't draw any MALE characters, just a suggestion/recommendation.- I WILL draw Pokemon/Furry OCs as I've been drawing them more often for the past 9 years, so i feel more comfortable drawing them. Once again, I'm more comfortable drawing FEMALE characters as I understand their anatomy better, but that doesn't mean i won't attempt to draw any MALE characters.- I WILL draw suggestive art. I've become accustomed to learning more about anatomy and practicing a variety of expressions when it comes to my art. It is OPTIONAL to choose this type of art for commission requests. Please do be mindful that I DO NOT feel comfortable taking ANY NSFW art requests. Just because I'm 20 doesn't mean i should do NSFW commissions.- I WILL NOT draw ANYTHING linking to pedophilia, loli/shotacon, hate art, racism, weird kinks, fatshaming, MAJOR gore (i.e cannibalism, etc.), homophobia, transphobia, incest, etc.- I WILL NOT draw ANYTHING relevant to OC x CANON if they're out of moral standards or borderline concerning.

I WILL REFUSE TO ACCEPT YOUR COMMISSION REQUEST IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO MY TERMS AND CONDITIONS.IF YOU ARE UNCOMFORTABLE WITH MY TERMS AND CONDITIONS/ARE NOT WILLING TO AGREE TO THEM, YOU MAY NOT REQUEST A COMMISSION FROM ME.SUMMARY OF T&CS FOR FINAL CONFIRMATION OF AGREEMENT (PLEASE READ!!):My commissions are for personal, non-commercial use only unless commercial rights are purchased.You may post or share my artwork online as long as visible credit is given to me. You may print the artwork for personal use only (e.g., display, wallpaper). You may not claim, edit, trace, resell, or redistribute my work in any form without permission. All previous and future clients are bound by these terms.My artwork/s may NOT be used in or for:-NFTs, cryptocurrency, or any blockchain-related projects, AI or machine learning datasets, training, or testing, Any hateful, offensive, or NSFW content.I retain full copyright over all commissioned artwork, hence I may post commissions publicly for portfolio or social media purposes unless a privacy request (NDA) is made.I reserve the right to decline or cancel any commission for any reason. Refunds may be issued if I cancel a project myself.Commercial usage rights must be discussed and purchased beforehand;Promotions (i.e, YouTube, Twitch, social media banners) – +50%.
Patreon, business cards, websites – +100%.
Merchandise, reselling, reproduction – +200%.Prices may vary depending on project scope and intended use.Payment is accepted via PayPal in USD only (invoice method).Full payment (100%) upfront is required before I begin the commission. If not comfortable, two payments can be done, half before starting the commission, and the remaining half before recieving the finished product.Please wait for confirmation before sending any payment. Payments not completed within 48 hours of invoicing may result in cancellation.All sales are for digital products only — nothing will be physically shipped (At least not yet anyway).100% refund if work has not started. 80% refund if sketching has begun. No refunds after the sketch phase. Chargebacks without prior contact will result in permanent blacklisting.Response time for new requests: 3–5 days. Completion may take 2 weeks - 3 months depending on complexity. Rush orders may include a +25% fee.I do NOT tolerate harassment or excessive reminders regarding progress.Two major changes are allowed during the sketch phase. Minor changes only after that stage. Major revisions after sketch approval may incur additional fees. Please provide clear, prompt feedback to ensure accuracy.Final results may vary slightly from gallery samples due to artistic style. My art style is part of the commission and cannot be altered.I’m NOT responsible for file loss after three (3) months of delivery — please back up your files.Credit to me must be visible when posting my artwork online. Private/NDA commissions must be requested before payment. NDA fee starts at +5% of the total price. Under an NDA, neither party may share work-in-progress images or spoilers.By commissioning me, you CONFIRM that you have READ AND ACCEPTED ALL THE ABOVE TERMS.Failure to comply may result in a refusal of service or PERMANENT blacklisting.
